Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Booking is simple. Select your route, date, time, number of passengers and vehicle type, complete your details and confirm. You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email.

What information do I need in order to book?

You’ll need your pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, contact details and flight number (if arriving at the airport).

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If your route is not listed, please contact us through our inquiry form or by email. We’ll prepare a custom transfer for you as quickly as possible.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Payment is made at the end of the service. We accept cash and card payments directly with the driver for your convenience.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes. Multi-stop transfers are available on request. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passenger can bring standard luggage and a carry-on bag. If you are traveling with extra or oversized luggage, please let us know in advance.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

At Palma Airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. For other pickups, the driver will meet you at the agreed location.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Don’t worry. You’ll have a contact number in your confirmation email. Call or message us and we’ll assist you immediately.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, subject to availability. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle for your group.

How long will the transfer take?

Is this a private transfer or shared service?

All our services are 100% private transfers. You will not share the vehicle with other passengers.

Yes. We operate 24/7, including night-time and early morning transfers, at no extra cost.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. Changes or cancellations are possible depending on notice time. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assist you.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No. The price you see is the final price. There are no hidden fees, supplements or unexpected charges.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

All prices are per vehicle, not per person. This means you enjoy a private transfer at a fixed price with no hidden costs.
